"Server Busy" or "There is no Disk in the Drive"

Recently, I have found that when I am trying to run a program that integrates with QuickBooks, an error pops up that say's a close proximity to "There is no Disk in the Drive" or "Server Busy".

This is a fix that might possibly work if the following exists on your machine.

First, determine if you have a process running on your machine that is called, "CSRSS.EXE", a Microsoft Client Server Subsystem. If it does, it is probably the culprit.

Here is how to fix it:

Go into the system registry: at the command prompt, type, "Regedit".

Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows\

Don't simply do a search because it really seems to take longer.

Then, find the key named, "ErrorMode".
Double-click on it and change the value from "0" to "2" (without quotes).
Exit the registry editor.

Although this key handles 'hard Errors', the CSRSS.EXE program is telling your machine to look for something that is not there. For more information, please click the knowledge base article link:
